My goal as a Certified RRCA & USATF Coach is to help runners transmute the density of their lives through the freedom and fun that can exist with movement, while maximizing on their athletic potential.
I do this by guiding runners to look at their training holistically. Meaning, we focus on realistic goals while recognizing what’s going on in your life, so you can meet yourself where you are at - and feel good while doing it!
I’ve successfully coached people who were walkers and wanted to become runners, people who wanted to run a first race, a first marathon, a Personal Best, and a Boston Qualifying time. I coach from the 5k to marathon distances, and most of my clients are between 20 and 60.
